10 Grams Butter

2 Brown Onions Chopped
4 Garlic Gloves Crushed
2 & Half Table Spoons Ground Coriander
2 & Half Spoons Ground Cumin Seeds
2 Table Spoons Ground Paprika
1 & Half Table Spoons Ground Chilli
1KG Chuck Steak or Blade Steak Cut into Large Cubes
3 Cans Diced Tomatoes
1 Can Kidney Beans or Mixed Beans
1 cup of water
Half of Table Spoon of Sugar
Salt and Pepper
Rice
1 Avocado
Sour Cream

Method:
Melt butter with dash of olive oil in a frying pan on medium heat. Add onions and garlic to pan simmer for few minutes until onions are soft and starting to brown. Add 1 table spoon of coriander, 1 table spoon of cumin, 1 table spoon of Paprika, half table spoon of chilli powder. Mix onions and spices over heat for 3-4 minutes till spices are fragrant. Place onions in large saucepan.
Add dash more olive oil to pan and increase heat. Brown Steak in batches and add to Saucepan with the onions. Mix onions and Steak together in Saucepan.
Add tomatoes and been to frying pan and warm over medium heat. Add remaining spices & Sugar making sure to check for heat and flavour and mix well.
Transfer tomato sauce to meet and onions and mix. Add saucepan to medium low heat with tight fitting Lid and simmer for 3 hours mixing occasionally. After 3 hours remove lid and simmer for another 30 - 45 minutes or until the sauce has thickened.
Serve with rice' cheese, avocado sour cream and tortillas. Meat should fall apart and can be shredded with forks to make pulled beef sandwich. I like to make this in bulk and take to work or to freeze for later. It makes a grate base for Nachos or Tacos.
